Yes. Month-to-month plans can be cancelled, upgraded or downgraded at any time with 30 days' notice. Plans on a 12-month term are billed monthly at the lower rate for all 12 months. You can upgrade at any time; a cancellation or downgrade takes effect at the end of the term.
Cancellations need 30 days' notice, so we can finish work in progress and hand everything over. The current month isn't refunded, because the work is delivered throughout the month. Everything we produce during your plan is yours to keep.
Visa, Mastercard and American Express, electronic funds transfer (EFT) and wire transfer. Card payments go through a secure payment link on your invoice.
No. We send an invoice with a secure payment link, so you can check the plan and the amount first. You're only charged when you pay the invoice.
